The Pond Diggers Answer American Pond Kit Questions
Question 1: I can't seem to find the right Kit to fit my pond design.
Can you custom design a Pond Kit to fit my pond?
Answer: YES! We stock a wide variety of American Pond Kits
both beginner and professional, to accommodate as many pond designs as possible, however if you have a unique pond design the
standard kits may not be right for you. We can definitely, custom fit a Kit to fit your custom design.
Feel free to email us photos of your site location and submit drawings, or even a rough sketch of
your ponds design to our construction headquarters. We will have a designer review your project and prepare a custom American Kit,
fitting you with the proper liner size and pond equipment for your project.
Question 2: What kind of warranties do you offer?
Answer: American Pond offer some of the best warranties in the pond industry! Our biological
waterfall units and skimmers have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, our pond liner comes with a 20 YEAR WARRANTY and depending on which American Pond Kit
you purchase, our pumps come with a TWO YEAR WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY depending on which American Kit you choose.
Question 3: How do I go about adding a stream to my Kit?
Answer: If you are planning to construct a stream in your designs, we can add additional
liner and plumbing if necessary, to accommodate your plans. For example, if you are planning on a six foot stream, we
would suggest a ten foot by ten foot piece of pond liner. It is reccommended to have at least 12" to 24" of over lap during pond construction
next to the biological waterfall filter and also where the stream enters the pond. Excess stream liner should ALWAYS be cut after the waterfalls
and streams are working so adjustments can be made.
Question 4: What happens if I'm in the middle of the construction phase and I get stuck on one
of the installation steps? Will you be able to assist me?
