All right. Here is a good recipe if your interested:
Barbecued Catfish
Show: BBQ with Bobby Flay
4 (7-ounce) catfish fillets, skinned, de-boned
4 tablespoons dry rub
6 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 cup hickory chips
1/2 cup water
1 cup Tartar Sauce, recipe follows
Preheat the grill.
Coat each catfish fillet with the dry rub. Dip the fish into the oil and place the fillets on a hot grill to establish grill marks. After establishing grill marks and the fillets release from the grill, place the catfish into a smoker. Smoke for 2 minutes using the hickory wood chips. Add water to the chips and steam the fish for another 2 minutes. Remove the catfish from the smoker and serve immediately with homemade tartar sauce.
Tartar Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons parsley leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
3 tablespoons capers
3 sweet gherkins (recommended: Mt. Olive Sweet Gherkins)
1 tablespoon gherkin juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Season with salt, to taste. Chill, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Sweet? Hope this doesn't get you kicked off this forum. Ha Ha

BBQ at your house? well, u might need a BBQ grill makeover too! haha
It would be sooooo cool to eat overlooking a new pond!
That's a good one Macri!
Super funny, especially to our family and friends that have seen our BBQ! That is definitely on our list. But as bad as our BBQ is, our pond is definitely much worse! With a new pond, our BBQ can be as pitiful as it wants to be!!!
Just in case,....
Hey pond diggers, you guys don't do BBQ's do you???

This is #1SDFan,
I have not received my access code so I am writing under my sister's username.
I think when my sister and her husband built their pond they did not think of what was under the ground. The pictures they have taken do not show the real problems and obstacles your company will encounter if you try to fix their pond. While they were digging they came across a pipe in the ground. They do not even know what the pipe is for. Because of this pipe the pond is shallow. Birds have began to swoop down and take the Koi from the pond. At first an ugly board was put over the pond so the Koi could hide. After a few more Koi were taken, my sister bought a dog to scare the big birds away. The ugly board was left to provide shade for the lucky surviving Koi. The leaks in the pond make the water level run low. That happens so often it looks like they are trying to put out a fire by filling buckets of water and running to the back yard. My father and I have tried to think of a way to fix this pond. We think it is impossible. If your company can make over this pond you should really think about adding the word miracle to your name.
