I am in the market for a new pond pump. My pond is approx. 1500 gallons with 3 1/2' waterfall. I have a skimmer box that the pump must sit in. I currently have a 2500 gph Aquasurge pump. While I like how quiet it is, I didn't realize when I bought it that it doesn't handle solids so I am constantly having to check it. I also would like something that pumps a bit more water to the falls. Has to be a 1 1/2" connection. Any suggestions?

I was wondering what happened to you! lol! Hope is was a good trip! I ended up getting another Aquasurge pump but a 4,000 gph. So far so good. I am very satisfied with it!
