Dear Eric, Joe, Brian, Eric #2 and all the Gang at Exotic Aquatics…
We love our pond!!!! Our experience with all of you was, and continues to be, extremely positive. We are drawn to our pond mornings and evenings for serenity. Thank you so much!!
We appreciate your clear communication with us throughout the entire process. The only surprises were good and fun surprises. You have been true to your word and that has been refreshing!!
The crew of guys who cleared, dug, poured, picked, shoveled, filled, pushed, pulled, and created were extremely pleasant and kind and never left a mess behind them at the end of the day. They worked so well together to transform our once desolate hill into a beautiful tropical oasis. Sometimes we almost felt like they were enjoying the process as much as we were. Really a wonderful crew!! We were happy to have the project finished, but sad to have them leave.
Thank you for answering endless questions, listening to our input helping us develop a beautiful plan to realize our dream of an awesome pond. Your creative ideas and input as well as your expertise contributed to this being one of most positive experiences ever. We love to show our pond to old friends as well as meet new friends who share the joy of “pondering”. We are excited to learn all we can, and we are reassured that we have continued support in you as we become experts.
Also, thank you very much for your generous gift of two beautiful Koi to enhance the beauty, the nice calendar and for the remote control for the belly of the dragon to simplify things. We look forward to each encounter with you.
