We are writing to thank you for the extremely professional job you and your crew did repairing our waterfall and pond on May 23, 2003. As originally installed by another contractor, it was neither esthetically pleasing to look at nor ecologically sound. We are extremely happy with its new design and function. We now have plants and fish, which we could not have before. The sound of the waterfall is very soothing and relaxing after a stressful day at work and makes us feel a little cooler on these hot summer days. It is quite enjoyable to watch the fish as they dart in and out under the waterfall. Thanks to the underwater light, we can even watch them after dark.
Your crew was very meticulous during the process of removing old materials and installing the new. Nothing was damaged, the work site was left very clean and neat, and the unneeded old materials were hauled away as promised. We are very happy with the job you did and would highly recommend Exotic Aquatics to anyone considering the installation of an ecologically sound pond, stream, and waterfall system.
