Free $6,500 Waterscape Entry
I just finished building a new home in Yucaipa, California. In landscaping my front yard, I came across the idea of a pondless waterfall. I saw your waterfall at my granite supplier, Stone Solution. As you can see in the picture below I have a natural slope to the front yard. I plan to create a dry riverbed coming into the waterfall near the driveway. This area would be a natural setting for your waterscape in my front yard.
Water service has a tee for the waterfall and electric box by the rock drainage area.
I would like a two directional waterfall - 1 view as you drive up the driveway and another view seen from the front door or dinning area upon leaving the house.
Neighborhood view:
I am sure you'll agree that it would look fantastic, and really finish off the house in a wonderful way. The only concern for me is the timing of the purchase and installation from a cash flow perspective. I can only afford $2,000.00 which puts me in the do it yourself category. I went to your demonstration at the Morgan Creek Nursery and filmed the process of construction of a pond and waterfall. Obviously, a free waterscape would solve my dilemma and would be a fabulous front-scape to my home at the top of the hill. I am a General Contractor and build only custom homes. I developed the area I now reside in. I did not sell my lots for profit but to friends and family. We handpicked most of our neighbors for a presale of the 11 lots to help finance the development of the custom subdivision project. I chair the architect committee and there are no conditions prohibiting the erection of a fountain or waterfall to the front landscape. I'm confident when my neighbors see our fountain they too will have an interest in finding out more about your product. As a custom builder, I find myself entertaining at my residence many subcontractors and prospective clients. My house is used to depict the quality of construction I offer and I use my home as a showcase for them to walk through. Because I am a female general contractor I pride myself in the planning and design of the homes I build. I have only focused on the elevation and inside of the home. I usually leave the landscape to the client but will suggest the erecting of a pond and/or waterfall to their grounds. The waterscape adds soooo much atmosphere to a landscape along with a sense of peace and tranquility to the home. It would be fabulous to have one built that would reflect the creativity and quality of the "Pond Diggers" and not the novice look of a first time builder. I often share my subcontractors list to many who have a need. I would like to add your company to my list of those I have personally used. I also am very involved in entertaining. We have neighborhood meetings/parties and church functions regularly at this home. The waterfall and accent lighting would make a great entrance look and set a magnificent atmosphere to our meetings.
If this article convinces you to give me a free waterscape, then I'm certain many others will find out about Exotic Aquatics. From a business standpoint, if you would construct me a pondless waterfall you will be reaching many future customers with a potential purchase. I am so excited to hear back from you. I am in need to begin construction ASAP. Please let me know if you have not selected me so that I can begin to construct one on my own. I would like to have mine finished by the Christmas holidays. Wish me luck.
